How to you ship items?

We ship within 2 business days. Our items are securely packaged and set via USPS Priority mail, UPS Express, or FedEx. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it's available.

Signature confirmation is included with every package over $500. But if you'd like to add Insurance or Signature Confirmation to any package, we will let you know of the additional fee and invoice accordingly you should you like to include it. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship internationally through eBay and through PayPal invoice only. If you are an international customer and are interested in an item on our website, we're happy to make a specific invoice for you through PayPal. Please reach out to info@bostonluxurysociety.com and send us the item you'd like to purchase. Please keep in mind that our items are often single items and there is a chance it may sell on our website before we have time to make a specific invoice for you, and you pay to the invoice. We will always try to work as quickly as possible, or try to source you the same or similar item if needed. 

What if my package is stolen?

We are not held responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered package, we ship in new, modest, plain packaging to protect the contents of your package. If your item does not arrive, please check with the carrier.

What comes with my purchase?

Any additional forms of designer packaging that come with your product would be pictured with each item (gift bags, boxes, dust bags, etc.). If you do not see these in the image of your purchase, then they are not included. 

Are your items authentic?

We source 100% authentic items and re-authentic them ourselves when we receive them. All luxury bags and SLG (small leather goods) over $250 ($251+) come with a 3rd party COA (certificate of authenticity). If we have the receipt, we will include it instead of the COA. We use OA for nearly everything except for Hermes, which is authenticated by BBB. We don't want our customers and clients guessing about authenticity. 

How are you able to pass along such amazing deals?

We have over 80+ vendors all over the globe who are constantly sharing their inventory with us. We are spending hours sourcing authentic items at the best rates so that we can pass those along to you. While we could charge more, we value why we started this company and have a firm belief that customers will become repeat customers if they are treated well. And we value that over a pricing strategy that would devalue our purpose. 

What does "pre-loved" mean?

Pre-loved is an item that has been used by someone else before. This is not a brand new item and can included scratches, worn-out areas, and other signs. Each item will have a description of the condition with a letter that relates to our condition scale. You can find this on each pre-loved item page. If you are looking for a brand new item, do not buy pre-loved. 

What is your Condition Scale?

New: This item is unused and may or may not include dustbag, box, receipt. 

A+: This item is just shy of brand new with the tinnest signs of wear

A: Item is worn but in excellent condition with very minimal signs of wear

B: Some signs of use, nice overall condition

C: Item has been used with more bolder signs of use that may be more noticeable

D: Poor condition, may be in need of repair or restoration

What is your return policy?

We have a very strict return policy due to our luxury inventory. Only pre-owned items are accepted for a return within 48 hours of delivery, at a 30% restocking fee or merchandise credit with a 20% restocking fee. Items sold brand new will NOT be accepted for return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bostonluxurysociety.com. We will base the eligibility of a return (48 hours) from the delivery time on your tracking order and the time your email is received in our inbox. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with the proper RA#, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved, or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days minus any restocking fee (either 30% or 20% based no your choice). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Do you take consignment?

At this time, we do not, but that might change in the future!
